The same year David saw a back fall, by losing the Euro 2000. His performance was not up to the mark in all the matches. In 2001, controversies started building up on him, especially on his performance, his hairdo’s, his misunderstanding with manager of the United and so on. Pele
He was born on the twenty third of October in the year 1940 at Brazil. He was the first player to have acclaimed international popularity. Even after his retirement he is popular. He was picked up by the Santos at the age of fifteen. He made his debut against Argentina in the year 1957. At a very young age of seventeen, he was selected for the Brazil’s World cup. He won the Intercontinental cup for Santos in the year 1962 and in the year 1963. He has more than a thousand goals to his credit. His prime skills were dribbling and finishing.
Ronaldo
He was born on the twenty second of September at Rio de Janeiro. At the age of seventeen he was picked up to play for the country’s World Cup team. Though he was selected, as he was too young he was kept as a substitute. Ronaldo, moved into a lot of popular clubs and performed well for them. The year 1998 was an important year for him, as he brings his team to the World cup finals, but fails to deliver there. His career graph saw a fall from there on. Later due to a knee injury he was forced to leave the squad in 1998. It was because his injury he could not take part in the game for the next two to three years. When he recovered, Real Madrid signed him. He came back with a bash, he made a lot of key goals and won many cups from there on. He has scored fourteen goals in the World Cup against Gerhard Muller’s which is a record. His key skills are finishing and speed dribbling.
